Terms of Service (User Agreement)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of [App Name] (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement: By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any applicable Privacy Policy.

1.2 Updates: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 13 are not permitted unless parental consent is obtained where required by law.

2.2 Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (Google or Apple authentication) and for all activity under their account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Sign-In Methods: Users can access the App using Google or Apple authentication. No email/password registration is supported.

3.2 Profile Information: Users are not required to upload a profile picture. Age is collected to comply with age restrictions. Usernames are visible to other players in leaderboards and multiplayer matches.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

4.1 Subscription Terms: Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Free trials are not offered.

4.2 Purchases: In-app items (“Crystals”) are purchased with real currency. Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through App Store or Google Play. We do not store payment or credit card details.

4.4 Cancellation: Subscriptions can only be canceled via the respective app store.

5. Multiplayer and Game Mechanics

5.1 Opponent Type: Multiplayer consists of simulated ghost opponents; users are not matched with real-time players.

5.2 Leaderboards & Scores: Scores and rankings are stored to track user performance. Usernames are visible to other players.

5.3 Gameplay Rules: Users must play fairly and comply with all in-game rules. Cheating, hacking, or exploiting app mechanics is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Behavior: Users agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, harass or harm others, or modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App.

6.2 Account Suspension: Violation of these Terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

7. Advertising

7.1 Ad Display: Ads are shown only to non-paying users. Personalized ads are not used.

7.2 Consent: By using the App, users acknowledge and accept that ads may be shown in accordance with these Terms.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

8.1 Technical Data: Crash reports and analytics data are collected to improve app stability and performance.

8.2 Server Storage: Data is stored on Firebase servers. Location of servers may be in the United States or other regions.

8.3 Account Deletion: Users can delete their account directly within the App via the account settings interface.

8.4 Compliance: Our Privacy Policy describes user rights regarding access, correction, and deletion of personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership: All content, graphics, logos, and app code are owned by the publisher or its licensors.

9.2 Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.3 Restrictions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1 AS-IS: The App is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, in-app purchases, or data loss.

10.3 Third-Party Services: Use of third-party services (e.g., App Store, Google Play) is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Termination

11.1 By User: Users may stop using the App or delete their account at any time.

11.2 By Publisher: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or technical reasons without prior notice.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the publisher resides.

12.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted, or in local courts otherwise.
